California: St. Junipero Serra Statue Vandalized in Mission Hills

A Roman Catholic statue vandalized… why isn’t this considered a hate crime? Why, because it doesn’t fit the leftist narrative. First it was Robert E. Lee, then it was Abraham Lincoln, now it’s Christianity. This is getting out of control and the MSM is only stoking the flames. These are the type of things ISIS does, tearing down and burning anything that doesn’t suit them. The left continues to show their true and violent colors for all to see. But this is all by design, paid for and orchestrated to encourage more civil unrest. Stay in prayer, and do not be afraid. They can tear down statues and make a fuss, but they cannot take away Christ Who lives within us! May God have mercy on us all.

Several people stopped by a statue of Father Junipero Serra in a park across from Mission San Fernando on Thursday after a photo made the rounds on social media appearing to show the statue had been vandalized.

A picture circulating Facebook showed the statue spray-painted red and the word “murder” written on Serra in white.

While city officials would not confirm the authenticity of the photo or the clean-up, CBS2 reporter Crystal Cruz saw red paint on Serra’s arm and a swastika on the statue of the child standing next to him.
